Hello I hope you can help me. I Havnt wore my Fitbit for a few months and charged it up today, put it on did 10,000 plus steps, synced it to the app and it wiped all of the steps from my fitbit and therefore said 0 steps on the app. It says sync complete on the app but has a less than 5% battery sign showing next to it yet the watch is it’s almost fully charged. I’ve put it back on charge and re synced but am still no further forward. I hoped I could manually put in the steps I did but this doesn’t seem to be option and I’m completely new to the app. Any help would be great. Thankyou

Have you tried restarting your tracker to add the lost steps? You can manually add your steps with logging an activity:
