Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @TOGONE.
I am glad to assist you with your concern about syncing your Charge 3 with your iPhone and iPad at the same time. You can sync your device with any compatible phone, tablet, or computer that meets syncing requirements. If you receive notifications from your phone on your Charge 3, you'll need to disable the Bluetooth bond between your phone and Charge 3 before using a different device. You can download and install the Fitbit app on your devices. Log into your Fitbit account and sync your Charge 3. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any questions.
