I have new iphone 11 and wondered how I can sync the information from the Iphone 6 to the iphone 11 without having to set up a new profile.

Hello @S111mps, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for your post. Let me share with you that the information that's synced with your Charge 2 and your Fitbit account is stored in our servers and not the phone itself. That being said, if you'll use a new iPhone 11 with your Charge 2, you just need to configure the Fitbit with the Bluetooth settings of the new phone and everything will be set. Just make sure to unpair the Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings of the iPhone 6 to avoid connection difficulties with the new one.
