I have changed my iPhone from a 6 to a 7. I have followed all instructions and problems solving solutions and nothing is working. I have deleted app numerous times switched off Bluetooth then on again not worked I’m at desperation point please help

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

I'm not sure what to suggest. If nobody else responds you may want to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
