My charge 2 is not recognized by my new phone and won’t sync with it. The phone’s Bluetooth works fine but when I try to set up the charge with the app, it loops for a long time with out doing anything! I am not sure it it is the app, the phone or the charge! The phone works fine with any other programs or equipment... so I think it is the app or the Charge2, but they were working fine until I got the new phone!

It is an iPhone XR... I suppose if it is compatible/supported by iPhone X it should be too for XR
