My Fitbit doesn't notify me of a text message or call. How to I fix this?

(from October 2019)that doesn't work, you don't get call/text notifications

Same here. Messages/calls were coming thru just fine, so I know my notification settings are set properly. But for a few days now, the notifications stopped coming thru. I reset my Charge 2. I unpaired and re-paired. Reset my settings. Still, nothing. Is this a Fitbit glitch??

Hello did this issue ever get fixed? I am having the exact same problem with my Versa 2. Call notifications work but text messages don’t. I have an IPhone. Thanks!

Eventually mine starting working again... calls and text notifications. But they still fail to appear sometimes. 😑 Since it's been a little more consistent, I'm guessing that when they don't appear, it's a connection issue - with the Sprint / T-Mobile merger, my service has been suffering the last couple of weeks. Good luck with yours, hopefully you get the text notifications to work!!
