Text messages don't show up on Charge 2

July this year I went to Florida, text messages on charge 2 showed up. I could read the message ever since I came back to IL they stopped working. I've done everything thing possible, checked setting both in Fitbit and phone, reset both on computer and separately and reset the settings and I still don't get the message and sender. It's very upsetting and I don't know what else to do.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing text messages. This issue is being investigated by the team so hopefully they can fix it soon. I appreciate your patience in this matter.

I'm just annoyed because it was working in July and now it's not and no one I know has this issue.

I am having the same problem. No text messages or phone calls coming thru. It started out that all of my phone calls would show from the same person when it was someone else. Then my texts stopped and now I get neither. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have removed other blue tooth connections and i have turn off my fitbit and started it back up. Nothing works. HELP!!! It is only a year old. This is crazy. I am very disappointed.

I was having trouble too after the latest iOS update.  I followed all the Fitbit instructions/troubleshooting (including deleting the app, turning off Bluetooth, restarting the phone, my Fitbit, etc) and now phone calls are coming through but absolutely no text messages. Has anyone figured how to get texts back??

Same problem here with mine ,thought it was just mine .phone was showing calls from last.  person that called not current then no text messages now NOTHING

I just got my texts to work. I went to
Notifications and then to Messages and checked Shows Previews. Mine said Never.
I turned it to Always and then restarted my phone and I’ve got my texts back!! 👍🏼

I just got it to work. I went to Notifications, then Messages. My area that said says Shows Previews was set at Never. I changed it to Always and the restarted my phone and I’m getting my text messages back on my Fitbit

I am having the same problem.  My phone calls would show up on my Charge2, but it would really be someone else calling me.  And I can receive calendar invites but not text messages.  I am using Google messages on a Note 9.

My phone calls neither texts are coming through only bed time reminders .I'm ready to switch I've tried all the suggestions posted I HATE the new home .not as easy to navigate just about over fit bit
