Text messages not coming through my Charge 4

For about a week now, I haven't been able to get message notifications on my Charge 4. I've tried text messages and Messenger notifications. I do still get a notification when I have an incoming call. I have restarted my phone and my Fitbit several times with no luck. It's always something.

Hi there, @Deniseq67. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out. 

Please try the steps below:

  1. Open your "Messages" app on your Android device.
  2. Go to "Settings."
  3. Click on "Notifications."
  4. In-app notification settings
  5. Make sure there is a check mark next to "Preview Message"
