Charge4 won’t get notifications from iPhone since a few days. I tried every steps like new starting.. iPhone and Charge 4..
Incoming calls, messages (WhatsApp, Telegram) are not shown on screen or the device vibrates.
I don’t find any solution, so what Fitbit?

Hi there, @eschirk. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4.
As a first approach, please follow these troubleshooting steps Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
On the other hand, since you are on iOS devices, let me know if you're receiving third-party notifications but iMessages. With that being the case, try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
Hope this helps.

There’s a really good post about this on this forum. It’s a few years old now. It helped me. I hadn’t had notifications in the 5 months I’d had my Fitbit, finally it just got too much. I googled it again and the forum post came up.
The problem with mine was not the settings on the Fitbit app, it was the settings on the actual Fitbit itself. You can either go into settings on the Fitbit, scroll to far right. Or hold down the button from the Home Screen. It will come up with DND and sleep icons. If they’re not greyed out, they are active. I don’t know if it’s default, I never (intentionally) changed them, but mine was set on sleep mode. When I took that off, it went into DND mode, and when I took that off too, finally I was able to get notifications.
