Texting low battery notifications to my mobile phone?

I cannot find anywhere in the settings to allow me to enter my mobile phone number to allow it to do this.

Note that I have an old Lumia 820 running Windows Mobile 8.1.  While it does have an ancient version of the Fitibit app on it I never use it for syncing but only for occasionally checking my stats. In fact the sync function on the phone was no longer working last time I tried.

There is no place to enter your mobile number. It will send notifications to whatever phone that you sync with. Also, I do not believe that the Windows mobile OS is supported anymore. Even Microsoft doesn't support it.
