Hallo everybody,

 

My Fitbit is now 2,5 years old. After my last look at the time, the next time the display was broken along its length. It is a smooth crack. 

 

I care for my Fitbit and I have not noticed any previous damage. 

I've seen similar cracks in many other user photos when it comes to complaints. All move in a similar range from the location of the crack.

The guarantee is only 2 years, but something can be regulated via the statutory 5 year warranty. 

There can't be that many users who cause the exact same crack.

 

I thank you already now for your help.
