Hello , I just got my Fitbit and it was working perfectly! Now whenever I click on the app it takes forever to sync and when it’s done taking forever it just says “ cell notifications and syncing disabled. my Fitbit is unable to receive any text notification anymore. I’m not sure why. I don’t know what to do . I searched up everything and nothing seems to be helping. I just got this Fitbit and I miss it
already. I’ve tried everything from googling , shutting off everything turning it back on , deleting the app... etc.
if there’s any information on how to fix this issue, that would be greatly appreciated.
my device is an inspire.
