I cannot sync, and having unpaired my fitbit from my Android, I cannot now re-pair because the Fitbit is visible, but the phone cannot communicate with it. I get the above message when I click on the Fitbit icon.
My Fitbit appears to have the latest version installed, as does my Android. Bluetooth is switched on and operating normally on my phone.
So what is going on - is there a general issue with Fitbit Bluetooth? The problem has been on-going all morning (it is now early afternoon in the UK). A work colleague who lives about 30 miles away is having no problem.

@KatyMVM, in your phone settings open the Bluetooth settings and see if there are Fitbit devices there - if there are, select them and Forget them. Also, if you have not already done so, restart the Charge 2 using the instructions provided in this help article, How do I restart my tracker?

Hi USAF-Larry. I had already done those things but it didnt make any difference so I just gave up. However, just about half an hour ago, I had another go at connecting to the Fitbit and this time it worked. So whatever the issue was, it must have sorted itself out.

I have been trying for 2 days with no luck. I can't afford another watch. What can I do to get the software updated?
