The Fitbit site bans the IP address of my provider

Today, the Fitbit Charger 4 application stopped logging in to my provider's Wi-Fi network. I had to switch to the network of the mobile operator. The owner of this website (www.fitbit.com) has banned your IP address. Until today, everything worked properly, what happened?

Hi @Oleg_UA  I've had it happen a few times and all that I needed to do was reboot the computer or restart my phone. You try that?
