I started a few days ago having issues with the vinyl bracelets I used on my Charge 4. When I try to tie it to my wrist, the bracelet unclips itself from the Charge 4. It also happened a few times that the bracelet unclipped from one side of the Charge 4 while I wear it. I almost lost my watch due to that. It is doing the same with all of the vinyl bracelets I own. I noticed that the clip on the Charge 4 which is at the top of the watch and is flexible is partially broken, causing this issue.
I have this Charge 4 since June 2021. Is it still covered by warranty? Can it be repaired?

I had same issue. I bought mine around December 2021. Called customer service and got case number. Don’t have a receipt so Mr Mark Miguel from customer service just told me to find a receipt or they won’t do anything.

Actually that's not true? I would contact them again. They offered to replaced my roommates? He ended up upgrading to a Sense2 they gave him a big discount!

I have this problem too, I see this has been going on for a few years now so you'd think the problem would have been sorted. My last Charge 4 had the dim screen problem. Such a pity because I like the watches but won't be getting another one as each has had manufacturer faults.
