The backlight on my Charge 3 is fading

I have had my Charge 3 for a little over a year. The screen has now become extremely dark and difficult to see. I do not wear it in the shower/pool (despite it being water proof). I have tried turning off the device, performing a hard reset, made sure the device is fully charged, and I have adjusted the brightness to "normal" (as high as it will go). Its frustrating that it's not even two years old yet and having difficulties. Any recommendations?

Mine is doing the same thing and it’s only 15 months old. I’d like to know if this is fixable or should I contact Fitbit to have it replaced.

I have contacted Fitbit support. They had me go through resetting it again, no difference again. They said we’ve tried all the troubleshoot options and they will email me with my warranty options.

I too am having trouble with the screen being faint where I can’t read it ...I have gone roundandroundndtried doing what they said with no good results. For time, one number is brighter while other numbers are faint.
