The button has just fallen off my Charge 3

Hi, my charge 3 was bought in Nov 2019 but I didn’t get it until Xmas as a present from my wife. Today the button has fallen off and my watch no longer works. Please help and advise what I do next.  Thank you

The button has fallen off my charge 3. I only received it last Christmas and now it won’t work. I’m very disappointed in this and upset that a gift from my wife appears useless. Please help and advise on what to do.  Thank you

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
