Hello!
I have the Charge 3. When I begin a hike, I will start the recording feature on the Fitbit app on my phone. When the hike ends, I save the recording and am able to view the distance, total time and average pace and calories burned. It also has the GPS on so I can view my trail. However, when I check the next day, the information is lost and Fitbit has replaced the data with "Walk" and I only have calories burned and heart rate information.
Does anyone else have this issue and is there a fix for it? I appreciate any help.
