Bought a new Charge 4 online from Wal Mart replacing my old Charge 4 that I broke the wrist band connection of the watch. I immediately notice the the display of the new tracker is significantly dimer. I rebooted the watch several times, installed the latest software, change the screen face, made sure sleep mode is off, tried all three modes in the brightness settings. When I compare the brightness in the normal mode (or any mode) of my new to old Charge 4, the new one is half the brightness as the old one. I'm ready to return it to Walmart as defective. Any other suggestions before I do that?

Hi there, @PM_001. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen brightness of your new Charge 4 is too dim. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since you have exhausted all steps I could've provided here in the Community Forums, my best advice for you is to reach out to Walmart so they can tell you what your options are as your device is fairly new. Thanks in advance!
