I don’t have the alarm option on iPhone app.https://postimg.cc/N5v1hpSp 

I can set alatm on my Fitbit Charge 4, but I do not see them in iPhone app.

What can I do?

Unfortunately, you can't do anything. For those Fitbit models that set alarms on the device, the alarms are not synced to the app.
