About 2 weeks ago the face on my Fitbit went so dark I can't read it. I've tried turning it off but as it's so dark I don't know if it's in it off.
Any ideas?

Tried everything but unable to see if it had turned off or not. About 3 days later it suddenly came back but no longer beeps when I reach my target. I've checked that correct boxes are ticked in notifications and tried taking off and putting back but so far nothing doing.

Thanks for your response, @SRB264.
I'm glad to hear that your Charge 3 display is working fine.
When the Do Not Disturb (DND) setting is on, notifications, goal celebrations, heart zone alerts, and reminders to move don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on. Please make sure DND and Sleep Mode are turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Charge 3, please visit this article.
Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your Charge 3 as a replacement device by doing the following:
See you around.
