I have Charge 3 one month. And now the green lights won't work.

I have reset 3 times  and a hard reset but green light won't work!!!!

I am not satisfied that I can't find a sollution.

What can I do!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that the green lights on the back of your Charge 3 aren't flashing, I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. Thanks for trying to solve this issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to help you.

If you haven't done so yet, verify the heart rate settings on your Charge 3. On your device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting On.
