The link where my Charge 4 connects to the band broke off

The link where my charge 4 connects to the band broke off for no apparent reason, and will no longer snap into the band. Luckily the fitbit fell into my coat sleeve and was not lost.  Is this covered under warranty?

Hi, @mmrossbo! If your tracker is still under warranty, this is likely covered. I would suggest contacting Fitbit Support directly. Glad you didn't lose your tracker!

Thanks. Apparently it was out of warranty and can’t be fixed. They gave me
a discount on purchasing a new one.

I had this same thing happen.  Still have my tracker but can’t connect it to a new band.  How do you get a replacement?

I reported it through customer service. They said it was no longer under
warranty, but gave me a 35% off code for a new one on the website.
