I started getting the graph in December and now it no longer has it and all past info disappeared

That was Fitbit testing on a very few trackers for a period and we are all supposed to get that feature soon.

Myself and my husband both had this, mine has stopped but his is still going. His charge 3 is newer than mine, could this be the reason?

I just started using Charge 3 a week ago.  The graph is there but no data.  Is it still “disappeared” or is mine just not detecting?

Tap on sleep, then restoration, then scroll down. That’s where my SpO2 chart is.
