Hi @CD59YER  if you're under the warranty period, get with customer support. If not, there is a workaround. You can go to Amazon and buy a protective cover band for the Charge 4. It actually takes the pebble piece and encompasses it, so you don't need the broken bit that the band would usually clip into. You can see these on Amazon and they are under $20, depending on which band you get.
