The wrist band on my Charge 4 broke. There was a replacement band that came in the original box, but that band is too short. Can I get a longer wrist band without having to purchase one?
I’m uncertain as to when you purchased your Charge 4 but I suppose you could call Fitbit Customer Support: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. My guess would be that it wouldn’t be covered if your still under warranty but I think it would certainly be worth a try. Otherwise you can purchase replacement band in other places. I know Amazon carries a lot of them and the price is extremely reasonable. Average between 6-10 dollars depending on what you want. 😉I hope this helps in someway. Please let me know
