The screen brightness of my Charge 3 is very dim

Is there something I can dip to make the screen brighter during the day and dimmer at night? I can’t see the screen at all outside during the day but it lights up the room every time I move at night. Any help will be appreciated

Hello there @1234Kathy1234, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

I'm sorry to hear that the screen brightness of your Charge 3 is very dim. If you haven't done so yet, I recommend restarting your tracker by following the steps below:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

I have had the same problem, however now my screen is completely unreadable. The device is still logging steps/hr and syncs to my phone.

I have tried resetting etc and no luck, my years warranty ran out in feb and the problem started late in March but got progressively worse 😞

I have been having a similar problem.  Sometimes my screen is so dim I can barely read it.  This is especially true outside in the sunshine.  I have tried adjusting the brightness setting, but even on normal I can barely make it out.  I have also tried resetting it but that hasn't solved the problem.

My screen is blank but when it does work its very dim and hardly readable. Are you able to help or get someone to contact me please?
