The screen on my Charge 2 has gone blank. It is fully charged and data still shows up on my phone.

I have tried trouble shooting:  reset did not work, cleaning contact points did not work, charged with my husbands charger and with other outlets and still no luck.  I have tried to reset it multiple times, and tried holding button for various different lengths of time.  The Charge 2 will vibrate, but the Fitbit Logo never lights up and display is still black. This has been going on for about a week. Is there a way to change the internal battery?

My Fitbit Charge 2 has now stopped synching to the app on my phone.  I was able to view my "Steps" on my phone although the screen on my Charge 2 was blank.  I went for a long walk this morning and my steps are at ZERO.  When I check my app, my last synch was shortly before midnight. Is it dead?
