Been using Fitbit's for years. Started with fitbit one. Upgrading throughout the years to my current Fitbit charge 3, so pretty adept at working these.
A few days ago, the side button stopped working. No way to reset it and the display screen has lost sensitivity.
Any ideas for a fix? Resetting/restarting isn't an option since the side does seem to work.

Hello there @cajunrin, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. We apologize for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.
I'm sorry to hear that the side button and display on your Charge 3 stopped working. I'm here to help you to get you back on track.
If you haven't done so yet, I recommend trying to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Once you've done that, please restart your Charge 3 as follows: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
The restart should also help you with the touch screen, but in case that it doesn't work, please check in your Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
