The time on my fitbit charge 2 is off by 3 hours +

My Charge 2 says that it is 12:00 and it is actually 3:08.  How do I get it back to the correct time???

Mine says it is 2:04 and it is 2:29   I’ve tried synching it    Also it won’t hold a charge for more than 5 hours and thinks it’s fully charged after 5-10 minutes 

 

I left it charging longer thinking that it just wasn’t charging all the way but it doesn’t seem to affect how long it will hold a charge  

 

ideas? Or is it just time to jump ship to an Apple Watch?
