The words on my Charge 2 are not working

 As mentioned above, my Charge 2 had some problems on showing words to me. I cannot see the words rolling through my screen.

Hi @wooooooooooooww are you saying all the words on every screen, even when the room is very dark? 

Have you checked the brightness setting? 

In the fitbit app, check your settings under the Charge 2.
