My Charge 3 is almost three years old and I wear it every day and night, I changed the original bands out for some leather ones, So in that regard I only take mine off when I shower. So I am thinking the new bands are about the same age. So, after 2.5 years I decided to replace with the same ones and just today I took the old ones off and started to put the new ones on, and they would not snap into place. I tried three or four times but no luck. So I tried to put the old ones back on, but with the same result. I am assuming that the tab that locks into the band is pushed in and won't pop back out to engage the band. Any suggestions as to how to get this taken care of??

okay, so after chatting with Fitbit and finding out stuff that I already knew, I got down to the basic's of how the band snaps into place and figured out the push in's that do the snapping with the band, I got my trusty little precision set of screw driver's and pried them back up, and with about three hard tries, they are now holding the bands. I gave the ends a good tug, and they held. I just have to remember that when I go to take them off for the next band change out, if there will be any more is a doubtful thing, seeing as how I like the Charge 3's..
