I was running around with my watch on and I fell then the thing that connects the watch to the wristband broke off

Hi @Thor844  there is no repair for this type of damage, but many people have gone to Amazon to get a special band that encompasses the entire pebble portion, so you can still use your Charge 4. No warranty covers accidents.

@justinsuae  sorry, I don't know which one it was, as I wear the Luxe Fitbit. Doing a basic search on Amazon, I found this one, which shows how it covers the pebble - click to go there.  They call it a "protective frame"
