What’s the matter? No access to my Fitbit whatsoever! Why must I buy Premium! I’m thoroughly upset!

Just been on chat - uninstall app from your phone; then reinstall from the App Store. It should all work perfectly then after logging back into your account. You don't need to buy Premium

It’s an iOS problem. I updated to the latest ios vs 13.5 but my husband hasn’t done it yet. We both got the error message so it isn’t just version 13.5
