How many users here have had their Fitbit break in less than year?
seriously I’m looking at
both Charge 3’s in utter dissatisfaction.
I purchased my Charge 3 in the end of 2018 when my charge 2 quit working. I was excited that I’d be able to finally swim and shower while wearing my new one. In June of 2019 less than six months after purchase I had to have it replaced. The replacement didn’t make it a year as I woke up this morning the screen is out. I don’t know about your finances but I can’t afford to continue throwing 200 a year away on a product that is sub par. Thank you Vandalin ( customer support tech) but I don’t not wish to use a 25% off coupon toward a future purchase so that I can spend another 200 in a years time when that one breaks. Unfortunately after years of being with Fitbit I will have to go with another product.

I'm looking for an alternative. My charge 3 is almost completely dead after a year of use. I can't see the screen any more and it does not sync. I feel conned after being a loyal customer for 5 years.

Same here, not to mention all of the other bugs it has. I feel totally jipped as a loyal customer. Loved my Alta, loved my Charge 2... Boy oh boy did they drop the ball with #3. I don't dare buy a 4. I'm even hesitant to buy another Fitbit, which is unfortunate because it's what all my friends and family use, I love the app and community, etc. But I'm not made of money!

Fortunately I still have my Charge 2 and Charge. Both still work! I read the warranty for my charge 3 and actually they should fix or replace mine as it is under 2 years. I'm waiting for their email support to respond. Check your warranty.
