I know this is a known problem that has happened today 5-19-20. All my tiles - steps, heart rate etc are missing. The message from Fitbit is that the problem is resolved. It is NOT RESOLVED.

I was only seeing calories, no other daily targets... plus, my sleep display vanished. All looks to be back to normal now. I hope you are seeing your full dashboard again.

Same here, missing all the tiles but information seems to be accurate. One blank icon tracks calories and it is tracking my exercise for the day. Seems to be syncing and my dashboard on my laptop is updating. It just seems the user interface is screwed up? Hopefully a temporary glitch?

The exact same thing happened. I even deleted and downloaded the app again. Everything is blank!

I think it's a temporary glitch ... my phone app lost the icons, then came back, then lost them. All seems to be well now ... I have no patience so logged off of FB, (of course forgot my pw), rebooted my phone, checked my laptop, etc, etc and probably should have just waited 15 mins but what fun is that ... 🙂

This morning, when I checked my app, everything seemed back to normal. I am guessing, in my case, it was just a technical glitch. Hope yours turned out well.
