Tiles not working on Fitbit app charge 2

Screen on iPhone show steps etc and the tiles for exercise etc. Clicked on the tiles but not working. Want to track walks but can’t access it now! Can’t access previous walks/maps either. None of tiles are working. Tried switching it off and on again-no luck. Any ideas?

@Michelle20   A simple first step is to log out of the Fitbit app, then log back in.  If that doesn't help, my next approach is to:

  • Delete the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-download the app
