Time and date not changing on Charge 2, not counting over 500 steps

time and day just stop 5 days ago, still counts steps up to 500. then drops to double digests. Well I guess its time for a upgrade.🤣

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not updating its date nor counting above 500 steps. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.
