A while back my fitbit started displaying black lines across the screen. I tried all the help solutions online, but nothing worked. Later on my charge 3's bluetooth started taking a lot longer to connect to my phone -- to the point where it wouldn't connect for days at a time. Some time after this the time also began to really badly desync; at one point it was off by 15 hours. As with the black lines, I've tried all the solution I've found through the forums and none have helped. I'd really like to be able to use my charge 3 again -- I've enjoyed using it and it's really helped me with my weight loss goals

Hi @danski93 sounds like a sync issue with your phone, if you would like help, please include the phone model.

I don't think it's a syncing problem with my phone; other Bluetooth devices are able to connect/stay connected to my phone no problem. The original issue started with one black line which then turned into more black lines. The other mentioned issues happened a couple weeks afterwards.
