Time didn't update for daylight savings-Charge 2

I am surprised that Google has not figured out to calculate the sleep time when time changes! Google knows where time is changed, as some part of the country, they decided not to.

it should be just an indicator calculation. Plus or minus or no change.

with the dearth of expertise you have it should not be that difficult or complicated.

And while I am at it, how about taking care of time zone changes for your calculations too. Origination and the final.

thank you
