So i just set up my tracker on my phone but the time on the tracker is 3 hours slower than the time on my phone. I went into the account settings and changed the timezone to Eastern Standard Time but it doesn't change anything on the tracker itself. Please help!

Did you sync after making the change? This is needed to copy across any updates to the fitbit.
