My Fitbit charge 3 stopped working, since it is still under warranty, a customer service agent provided the return label and instructions to send it back so I could get a replacement. I dropped it in the post office on Oct 19 and according to the tracking number it was delivered already. I haven't received any notification from customer service telling me they shipped the replacement. As of today, I haven't received the new Fitbit and customer service haven't replied to my emails to provide a status. I'm very disappointed with the service. I don't have any device to wear for my workouts.
