Torn between the Charge 3 and Inspire HR

Looking at getting a Fitbit.  I want to track sleep, steps, heart rate, etc... The Charge 3 looks more comfortable to wear, but I was surprised that when you go to "compare devices" on Fitbit, it states that the HR has "Personalized Reminders" and the Charge 3 does not?  So the Charge 3 does not "Stay on track toward your goals with personalized reminders that remind you to stay active, get hydrated, stick to a sleep schedule and more."?  I just want to confirm before I make my final purchase choice.  Thank you!!

Scroll to where it says "See all Features & Specs".... across from that is "Compare Products ->" Click it.  It automatically sets up the Fitbit Inspire HR, Fitbit Inspire, and Fitbit Charge 3 to compare.  Scroll down, the first section is "Exercise Functions", 3rd one down is "Personalized Reminders".  The HR is checked the Charge 3 is not 😞

Both have reminder to move, your Fitbit account sends the sleep reminder, I'm not sure about the inspire HR.
