Touch screen unresponsive, white lines running vertically through it. Also not able to receive notifications from iPhone X

that’s how mine started. Then a few days later I fell and scratched the glass screen (very superficial) but the Fitbit continued to work fine for months but I contacted customer support if they replace screens at all. They don’t, so that’s fine it wasn’t replaced, given a discount code to purchase a new Fitbit which I did not use. Months later, screen went whack and then blacked out. customer support gave me the run around, at first saying I already used the limited warranty when they gave me a discount code (which I did not use) then said the blacked out screen, which seems to be an ongoing issue with the charge 3 as I read the posts, must have been cause when I scratched the glass screen from my fall. I purchased my Fitbit February of 2019. did not even last a year. good luck!

Yes this was purchased less than a year ago also. I will contact customer service
