Tracker not adjusting time after new time zone

In a different time zone. My phone shows the correct time, but my tracker does not adjust. Have waited 3 days.

@Going_Shortly   Please try the following (simplest).  Tap on your profile image > App Settings > Time Zone > toggle Set Automatically to Off then toggle it back On.  You might get a popup about losing data.  Just agree, because this will happen changing time zones.  This Help article has a slightly different path.

That did it!

I originally had it to update automatically, but changed it to do it manually, while troubleshooting it. 

Changed it back to automatic, synced it and I now have the right time!
