Charge 2 is sporadic in terms of tracking my mileage on bike rides. At times it will not track it entirely and then the next day, it does. Go figure. Is it a user issue?

Hi @marnach86 welcome aboard, I'm happy to assist you with the tracking difficulties you're experiencing with your Charge 2.

 

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you're using our SmartTrack feature to auto-recognize your exercise or if you're starting the biking activity directly from your Charge 2? Also, are you using GPS to track the distance of your exercise? I recommend you to check our help article: How does my Fitbit device calculate distance? for more information and details about how distance is calculated. You can also restart your device to refresh its performance.
