Tried resetting and changing clock still black screen

I have tried resetting my Fitbit since this morning and changed the clock it still isn’t working it vibrates when you reset it but no smiley face appears at anytime the screen stays blank

Me too.  I tried to reset it 3 times, no smiley face.  Tried to change the clock face, the loading screen just keeps spinning when I click on a new clock face, but the app is synching perfectly fine so I am not sure what else to do. This happens a lot and usually those options fix it, but not this time.
