Hi,

 

Badges work on my android Huawei P30 but Trophies are locked.  I have used  "force stop" on the app and restarted my mobile twice but to no avail.

 

Is there a fix?

Thank you for the detailed information. Can you please confirm if you've checked if Trophies are available through the Web Dashboard? 

 

In the meantime, please make sure that the Fitbit App for your mobile device is up to date.
