Trouble adding Charge 3 to Samsung J6

Got Samesung J6 struggling to add to it thru www.fit etc any advice ? Please

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not setting up with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi My fitbit is charged but i can see nothing on screen and strap broke . Im deeply upset please help

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working and your broken band. I just want to mention that you try the restart stated above if you haven't done so before. Still I have created a ticket for the broken band so our Support team can further assist you via email.
