Trouble downloading the Fitbit app

So I just racieved a Fitbit and need to set it up. But, Everytime I go to download the app it makes it look like it will down load and Everytime it hits 99 % it just says error. Try again. IV tried to correct this but idk what else to do

@Mflan12 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you installing the Fitbit app. Which phone are you using and which OS version is it running? Does it has enough internal memory available? Try restarting your phone and then retry installing the app.

Let me know how it goes.

Yes I have plenty of space and IV restarted my phone multiple times. I'm
not sure what else to do. I just want to use my watch...
